Screw extractors
The most economical unloading system for grain hoppers, silos and chambers. Rotation speed may be adjusted as required to guarantee appropriate grains treatment. Capacity range from 20tn to 150tn/h.
Technical characteristics
- Duct body made up by detachable modules according to extractor length.
- Loading regulation valve, operated by wheel, pinion and rack.
- Screw with reinforced external edges (left turning).
- Duct with flange to be attached to silo.
- Holding support.
Special features
- Alloy tempered steel screw and duct body for severely abrasive work conditions. Normal operation.
- Electric motor with V belt drive and gearmotor.
- Electric motor with V belt drive and chain drive.
- Germotor and chain drive.
